From our Bristol office, we cover the South West and South Wales and have a team of experienced QS's. MDA - LC Mann Ltd is the specialist insolvency division of MDA Consulting Ltd. Our restructuring and recovery service is principally associated with independent business reviews and insolvencies of distressed development and contracting businesses. We are also able to assist with company reviews for the purposes of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancing.My experience includes the successful delivery of projects and professional services, with a comprehensive understanding of property development specialising in Recovery & Restructuring and Funder Due Diligence.I am able to draw on a wealth of experience in delivering a variety of projects ranging in value from £1m - £80m including hotels, health care facilities, residential, commercial, industrial, student accommodation and extensive refurbishment (including listed buildings).
