Originating as a singer/song-writer by trade, my passion for music has lead me to many different areas surrounding the music industry. I have always been highly interested in working directly within many job roles within the industry. However, it was not until I was filmed by the BBC for the documentary 'Goldie's band: By Royal Appointment' that opportunities presented themselves whereby I was able to explore the industry in other sectors. Naturally, I kept performing under my own name but I also began session work, recording, producing, event/band/tour management as well as acting as a sole trader for my record company "Swiftsgreen records". After exploring the industry for three years, I came to the conclusion that I could further develop within a structured learning establishment and enrolled to university. University has allowed me to home my crafts and push me into areas I did not expect to venture into.
