Committed to professional education as a means to better serve his clients, Les holds the advanced designation of Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF).Recognized for his achievements, Les has earned numerous sales and service awards throughout his career including the company's President's Council, Premier Partner Level, top Club Awards and achieved the “Triple Crown Award” for achieving the “Crystal Eagle Award” three years running. Active in the industry, Les is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Past President of the Gaston County Association of Life Underwriters, he is also a member of the Nation Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In the past Les served on the board of the Small Business Council, and as an Ambassador of Gaston Chamber of Commerce.
