- Being responsible for the full cycle of recruiting specialists for all media holding projects;- Receiving requests from hiring managers, conducting market analysis for the required specialist;- Briefing hiring managers to create an ideal candidate profile;- Creating job descriptions and posting them on job resources;- Actively searching for candidates and processing incoming applications from them;- Conducting interviews and assessing potential candidates' soft and basic hard skills;- Formulating detailed conclusions on interviews for hiring managers;- Timely and respectful communication with all parties involved in the recruitment process;- Collecting and providing feedback after each stage;- Preparing job offers and getting them approved;- Managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Communicating with hiring managers;- Searching for resumes/profiles matching the job requirements on defferent platforms (Linkedin, Djinni, DOU, local job websites, social networks, etc.), evaluating and select best matching resumes;- Maintaining and updating internal database;- Briefing candidates regarding the job description, company profile and career perspectives;- Scheduling interviews with Ukrainian and international candidates, prescreening them via video call/chat;- Conducting online interviews, interviews in the office;- Making and sending job offers to candidates;- Welcoming newcomers in the office.

- Providing a full life cycle recruiting process; - Writing and posting job descriptions;- Searching for resumes/profiles matching the job requirements, evaluating and select best matching resumes; - Scheduling interviews, prescreening candidates via phone/messengers; - Interviewing candidates via Skype/Google Meet/Zoom; - Giving feedbacks, taking references and building long-term relationships with candidates;- Making and sending job offers to candidates.

- Sourcing for candidates on Linkedin, Google, social networks and job boards;- Evaluating and select best matching resumes;- Prescreening candidates via phone/skype interview;- Maintaining database with qualified candidate;- Other recruitment duties as needed.
