Scope of responsibility: coordination and operational management of subordinate departments: logistics, planning, maintenance, purchasing (NAP) and IS-IT, cooperation with top management in developing strategic goals and long-term operational plans, establishing and monitoring the operating budget and standard KPIs, optimization of processes in subordinate departments to ensure quality and efficiency, supervision over the implementation of new projects, synchronization of activities and interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments to understand the needs of internal and external customers, identifying areas requiring improvement and implementing suitable solutions in accordance with the Lean methodology. Continuous improvement of the organization, maintaining the management system in accordance with IS0 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS standards.Main achievements: reduction of costs and implementation time of tooling for new projects by creating a tooling design department with a workshop, securing infrastructure and equipment for the production of a new type of bus in accordance with the project plan, implementation of new suppliers for a new product - approximately 70% of new suppliers, reorganization of the logistics and planning department, adapting the IT infrastructure to the company's requirements, implementing a new MRP system in the organization.
