Through perseverance and dedication, I managed to expand our operations to international markets, which significantly contributed to the company's growth. As Gabona developed, I took on the responsibility of building and managing the sales department and establishing strategic relationships with suppliers.In recent years, I have focused on procurement, managing relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking new ones. I have also introduced new brands and products to our portfolio and created an effective pricing policy 💼. By managing a multi-million dollar budget for purchasing goods, I have significantly contributed to the company's growth, which has reached an annual turnover of 400 million PLN 💰.My approach to business relationships is based on sincerity and integrity 🤝.
