In essence, I am dedicated to holding myself and others to higher levels of awareness and accountability to how we show up in the world, for self, role and in relationship; which is not just about being open to continual growth and learning, or stepping up to meet life's challenges, but also to feeling more, connecting deeply, and supporting others to do the same. The concepts of radical inclusion and upholding the dignity of all is paramount to this pursuit. I have been a specialist workplace coach, conflict practitioner, and organisational facilitator on a dedicated basis since 1999; the past 13 years being through Momentum – Changing Mindsets. With my brilliant co-director, Sally Wiencke, our work involves helping people step into meaningful and effective conversations, and re-write their narratives, to better lead, manage conflict, relationships and change. With our suite of restorative and integrated services we mediate conflicts, facilitate diversity issues and change management in executive groups, teams and organisations, offer leadership development and conflict coaching, and psychological counselling for individuals and couples. We are active participants in a range of training and project-based services that capitalise on a shared passion for innovation and best practice in the field. Beyond the corporate environment, we run retreats in Australia and overseas. I received a Clinical Masters in Psychology in the 1980's and was a registered psychologist and APS member for over 32 continuous years. I hold national accreditation and Advanced Mediator Practitioner, Fellow status with the Resolution Institute, and I am an internationally accredited Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Certified Power Intelligence®, Narrative™, EMERGE™ and Cinergy™ Coach. Process Work training; a cross-disciplinary approach aimed at supporting individual and collective change, has enriched my offerings enormously and contributes to the powerfully effective outcomes witnessed on a daily basis. I integrated my deep interest in breath and embodiment methodologies, along with peace building at all levels, by becoming a practicing yoga teacher in 2017. I remain committed to regular teaching and a daily practice.
