Offce Manager/Bookkeeper
Current- Responsible for the financial oversight of a small manufacturing company with $3M in revenue and five locations.
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of five operating accounts and recording corresponding journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financials for CFO, owners and lenders including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable department, processing 50 - 60 invoices weekly.
- Responsible for overseeing the purchasing department, including negotiating contracts for raw materials.
- Responsible for processing customer invoices as well as managing accounts receivable, posting payments and collections.
