About Le Ta

Le is the Principal Project Program Manager, Product Features for AT&T. She is a highly skilled and results-driven leader with a proven track record in leading complex projects across various teams. With her keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, Le consistently delivers successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Her experience includes overseeing and coordinating large-scale initiatives, ensuring timelines are met within scope and on budget, and effectively communicating with cross-functional partners. Her current role directly contributes to AT&T's wireless and broadband product features and value added services in becoming the best connectivity provider in the nation. Most recently, Le supported and led many of AT&T’s fiber expansion strategies such as project management and executive story telling for third party partnerships, subsidy builds, fiber consortium, and organic builds. Prior to her impact on the Mass Markets Product Management team, she supported AT&T’s Chief Human Resources Officer as an integral member of the People Strategy team. Le led key HR initiatives including managing the organization’s budget and defining the company’s human resources strategy, workforce planning, and client storytelling. Le participates in several exclusive development programs at AT&T including the company's Top Talent program and graduating from the Management Development Program (MDP) in 2023. Additionally, she had the opportunity to participate in Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP), an external program in partnership with AT&T. Prior to AT&T, Le raised $35M+ for underserved populations and communities. She is passionate about social impact and enjoys giving back to the community.Le received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree and Master of Social Work Degree (concentration on children & families) with a specialization in Intimate Partner Violence from Baylor University. In addition to her social work degrees, she is currently a Master of Human Resource Management candidate with CSU Global and is expected to graduate June 2024.
