Sourcing· Enlarge candidate source via social media channel· Categorize former candidates to re-approach· Manage recruitment landing pageC. Support recruitment process· Conduct phone screen for Engineering, Software & Back Office function· Process the assessment section for staff level candidate· Participate in interview with Talent Acquisition member & hiring teamD. Documentations:· In-charge of meeting minutes· Support in conducting guidelines/policies relating to Talent Acquisition FunctionE. Other Tasks required by Talent Acquisition Manager

Key responsibilities:- Attracting candidates through job boards and social media.- Conducting initial interviews and interviewing candidates in person.- Making a decision regarding the acceptance of candidates.- Keeping records of candidate information and recruitment activities.- Assisting in developing relationships with institutions and organizations.- Aiding in promoting the company as an attractive employer.- Assisting with documentation and onboarding processes.Outcomes:- Total candidate source in nearly 6 months: 900 - 1000.- Successfully recruited approximately 300 candidates in nearly 6 months.
