*Technical specialist and primary customer support contact to diagnose and execute repairs to engine products at the customer's site.*Establish and continually develop productive customer relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to the customer needs.*Applies the use of specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer site.*Performs preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards on engine and related components in the field.*Coaches and develops technicians and transfer knowledge and experience to others, provide work direction, review repair plans, parts list, etc.*Complete required documentation, warranty claims, quality documents via business input screens.*Identifies additional sales and service opportunities with customer.*Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.*Maintain service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.*Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety and Environment policies, procedures and legislation.

*Acts as the technical specialist and primary customer support contact to independently diagnose and complete repairs to products at a single customer site.*Independently perform diagnostics and completes repairs on equipment at customer site.*Maintain productive relations and ensure prompt and efficient attention to customer needs to minimize customer product downtime.*Coaches on preventative maintenance and/or repairs completed by more experienced technicians.*Manage parts and spares inventory at the work site.*Escalates unresolved issues to product specialist /supervisor*Completes required documentation,such as service worksheets, warranty claims, and quality documents.*Identifies additional sales and service opportunities with customer.*Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.*Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environment policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues/incidents to site management and to their supervisor.

*Carry out services, maintenance and repairs at single customer site.*Perform standby and attend to call outs.*Assemble modules, install and commissioning on various OEMs (Komatsu, liebherr, Belaz and Hitachi).*Adhere to Health Safety and environment Standards.*Maintain productive customer relations.*Diagnose and complete repairs.*Escalate unresolved issues to site supervisor.
