I have had the privilege of to be involved in the Facilitation and Financial Training of Executives, Managers and Members of Parliament, Departments of Government, Trade Unions and NGOs. Through this I learnt a bit about how to negotiate with the Managers/Heads to present the program we were offering and getting them to invite other Managers and members to our trainings. Being involved in the trainings I got to experience hearing the problems of people in the workforce financially and hear the facilitator explain solutions to all their financial problems seeing them all pleased after. I would collect all the forms and assessments of the participants, capture them and then send them back to the office ensuring they match with the data I captured. I did basic reporting to the office and also basic hospitality for participants regarding catering and setting up of venue.I am also a final year student in Unisa studying Bcom industrial Psychology and Business Management left with two modules
