Weekly duties include processing general accounts payable. I also create and modify reports in Crystal Reports and Timberline Reports Manager when necessary. Accounts Receivables duties include billing clients and maintaining company Bank Accounts.

My duties consist of maintaining Subcontractor Accounting Files including but not limited to pay applications, lien waivers, joint check agreements, insurance certificates, tax information, etc.; processing and dispensing Subcontractor pay applications and payments on a monthly basis for 20 plus project and assisting Subcontractors with customer service. I also create and modify reports in Crystal Reports and Timberline Reports Manager when necessary. Step into Accounts Receivable role when needed.

Create, organize and manage construction project accounting files including the coordination of pay applications, waivers, payments and insurance certificates. Responsible for monthly state and city tax filings, company phone administration, document notarization, and assisting Controller and Accounts Payable Clerk with various tasks.

Organize and distribute bid announcements, obtain and organize incoming bids using a web based bid management software and create bid packages for submission. Assist Senior Estimator with various tasks, including the management of web based bid management software iSqFt, archiving project documentation and qualification of bids.

Create, organize and manage construction project files including the coordination, distribution and execution of contracts, contractor insurance, submittals, schedules and additional contract documents. Assist with designing and publishing all marketing material and assist Project Managers with additional project needs.

Organize and distribute bid documents, bid announcements and incoming bids. Assist Head Estimator and Project Managers with research, bid submissions and organization.
