- Led eCommerce Division of dienmay.com (later renamed to Dienmayxanh.com)- Grew revenue 5x in 6 months and maintained high grow rate 40% year-over-year- Built the very first Mobile app for electronics shopping in VN market- Managed Online Division daily operation, delivery network, online marketing and social activities

- Co-founder of Sendo.vn – one of the largest online C2C e-Commerce site in. In charge of Operation division consisted of four departments: Customer Service, Logistics, Merchandise and Business Development. - Grew revenue 2X every month from Jan'12 to Jul'12- Responsible for setting up e-Commerce Operation from scratch to the successful record trade volume of 10 million USD annually (2013)- Managed 1 Senior Manager, 4 Managers and over 70 executives

- In charge of regional engineering team consisted of multi-national engineer form Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. - Designed, developed and set up Logistics and Supply Chain Operation- Responsible for insurance of service and operations excellence - Led technology transfer effort to bring in new technology and equipment from various APAC countries to Vietnam.ACHIEVEMENTS: - Successfully deploy APAC new Custom Clearance system to online connect with VN Custom- Successfully deploy Image to Text Technology for Pre-destination Custom Clearance system to help speed up Custom Clearance Process
