With twenty years of experience in human resources and energy solutions, I am a strategy and operations leader who has led teams and projects across various sectors and regions. Most recently, I was the Deputy CEO at VINFAST, a leading Vietnamese automotive manufacturer, where I oversaw the operational excellence, business development, and partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Prior to that, I was the Deputy CEO at VinES, a joint venture between VINFAST and The Energy Solution, a global provider of renewable energy solutions. I also served as the Head of Staffing and Outsourcing, ManpowerGroup, North Vietnam, where I managed the P&L, delivery, and strategy for the staffing, payroll, recruitment, and work permit outsourcing services. I have a strong network of HR professionals and a core member of the HR Association Vietnam. I am skilled in HR policies, employee relations, and human resources. I am passionate about creating value and impact for my clients, partners, and stakeholders, and driving innovation and sustainability in the energy and automotive sectors.
