In charge of recruitment activities for Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan and Indonesia.• Drive recruiting projects to successful outcome through guiding and advising stakeholders in terms of available talent versus ideal candidates while providing responsive, efficient service balanced with consultative, expert-led approach to recruiting.• Deliver recruitment for entry to management roles by utilizing a wide variety of sourcing channels, maximizing networks, working efficiently and applying creative yet practical thinking to fully support the business on quality of process and candidate assessment.• Adhere to the systems and processes of the Talent Acquisition group including recording all recruiting workflow and documentation on Workday and submitting reporting data within given timelines.• Contribute to the continuous development of best practices in attraction and selection of talent at Kantar.
