- Deal with suppliers to win good tariffs for travel products; - Manage tour costs via Element system of Intrepid Group and TUI Group; - Explore new tourist destinations; - Create and renew tour’s itineraries; - In charge of oversea travel agents/ direct clients (quote and send tour proposal); - Build customer datas and generate reports from Sales Force CRM system; - Follow up sales and after-sales service; - Maintain good relationship with suppliers; - Ensure customer service to external customers (passengers and suppliers) and internal customers (colleagues, leaders, and guides) - Implement PEAK Travel Vietnam’s Reservations policies

- Manage product and reservation teams;- Build and launch new travel products ;- Renew itineraries to satisfy client's needs;
