- Assist students across a range of levels, ages, and courses- Plan student-centered and participative lessons while following a designated syllabus- Teach students vocabulary and songs along with personal, social and emotional skills- Conduct assessments to ascertain student abilities, strengths, and weaknesses- Keep in touch with parents, regarding their child’s progress- Develop and enforce classroom rules to teach children appropriate behavior and classroom etiquette

- Manage and coordinate a team of 15 teachers and 15 tutors- Manage the curriculum for 8 courses- Develop and deliver training for teachers and tutors (every month)- Ensure students’ outcome for over 100 students

- Scheduled visits and purchase tickets to museums, galleries, protected parks, and other attractions ahead of time, if required- Led foreigners to some beautiful places and famous food in Hanoi around the Old Quarter
