Products and Services Area – Banking Reform Program – Programme Delivery Pool.- Phases: PDP1, PDP2, Full Project and Migration.- Tasks: PMO tasks, helping to the Program Manager and other Project Managers of the P&S area workstreams (PPAA, Cards, Structural Systems, Loans and GASS):o Gathering and centralizing the estimates of these areas for each phase of the project.o Managing accesses to those tools about the demands for the PMs. Managing up to completion the demands (related to PDP / FP / CR / MCR) in DMT and projects / initiatives / offers in CRM / Ariadna with ITEM and Operations. Setting up the structure of these projects in CRM / Ariadna (i.e. WBS / distribution lines) and giving support to the PMs to progress their projects until they were released. ETCs review and reporting (ETC and deviation reasons of the different projects). Financial reporting (Planned / Actuals / ETC / EAC) to Senior Manager. Santander Global Banking & Markets Area – Structural Systems Department – Asset Control Team – Reference Data Laboratory.- Projects:o Bonds, Index and Issuers (2014): Design of the user front-end needed to insert data related to issues and issuers. Design of the connections needed to feed the normalization, consolidation and publication existing processes with this new data.o Credit Products / Phase II - Improvements (2013): Processing of the mortgage bonds, multi-phase with variable spread bonds, bonds with implicit optionality, repayment bonds, strip bonds and bonds with coupon capitalization.o Credit Products / Phase I – Improvements (2013): Processing of the repayment functionalities, interest limits, accrue end date and broken periods in bonds.o Credit Products / Phase II (2012): Processing of multi-phase bonds (steps and mixed), callable and puttable bonds, sinkable bonds and index referenced bonds.o Credit Products / Phase I (2011): Processing of plain vanilla bonds, zero coupon bonds, bills, treasury notes and other bonds and government gilts.- Tasks:o Reviewing and re-defining (if needed) the DDR’s received from the Structural Systems user. o Definition of the pertinent DDS’s and test plans.o Executing of the test plans and reporting the incidents/errors detected to the technical teams.

Santander Global Banking & Markets Area – Structural Systems Department – Fixed Income Flow UGI.- Project: FI-Flow Confirmations Service.- Tasks:o PDP and planification project.o Definition of the new FI-Flow Confirmations Service, collect and analysis of the user requirements, definition and design of the new confirmation process to get an automatic and unified process for all the different kind of financial operations registered by the Back Office Bank applications (GBO and SUSI).

Asset Management Area.- Project: Murex Delivery for OTC derivatives in the Asset Management division.- Tasks:o Definition and design of the DDS’s for the delivery of Murex for OTC derivatives in the Asset Management department of BBVA.

Santander Global Banking & Markets Area – Treasury Department – Asset Control Team – Reference Data Services.- Project: Reference Data and Prices' Validation and Publishing System with Asset Control.- Tasks:o Analysis of the user requirements related to the reference data needed in Murex / Kondor / GBO / SUSI for all the fixed and variable income products, issues and issuers.o Data collection, validation and publishing processes definition and design for the reference data in Asset Control (DDR’s and DDS’s documentation).o Test plans definition and execution.

Santander Global Banking & Markets Area – Treasury Department – GBO Laboratory.- Projects:o Testing of the GBO application new features.o Analysing of the accounting for financial instruments of FX (Spot, Forward, Non-deliverable forward, Swap ...).- Tasks:o Test plans definition and execution for the new features implemented in the GBO application.o Analysis and reporting the incidents / errors detected to the technical teams.o GBO production environment level two support, using corporate tools such as Remedy.o Validation of the Santander´s branch requests (Madrid, London, Brazil …) in the GBO Global Certification environment: functional testing of all casuistry, and errors detection. Testing of financial products in Murex´s certification environment (Europe or Latam). Events testing of these financial products in GBO. DDRs updating with the errors found in the testing.
