Lead and drive the site development process for site acquisition from site qualification or modification, design, A&E, leasing, zoning and permitting, regulatory approval, permitting and handoff to construction.Coordinate with various personnel and subcontractors to ensure sites meet engineering, regulatory and construction requirements and delivery schedule.Oversee sites to ensure sites stay on schedule, within budget, and records are maintained properly.

• Manage project office facilities.• Responsible to provide quality control on the integrity of the Document Control system in place for the project (RFI, Submittals, Transmittals).• AP Invoices Management.• Process Craft Employees payroll and New Hire Packages.• Responsible for subcontractor communications regarding certified payroll and compliance on project.• Collect and transmit Certified Payroll documents to the owner and Department of Industrial Relations.• Process Subcontractors monthly Progress Payments and obtain releases.• Process monthly Owner Billings.• Maintain Project Status Report.• Responsible for booking Job Accruals, Job Cost Adjustments, Projections.• Process extra Work Time & Material tickets.

• Assist Project Managers with project coordination, scheduling, completing site acquisition tasks related to zoning and permitting, compliance, leasing, completing tower applications, ordering pertinent structural analysis, redlining construction drawings etc. • Macro Cell and Small Cell site acquisition experience.• Database management, update forecast dates and upload documents.• Billing and invoicing projects and services as needed, request and process quotes and purchase orders for third party services.• Compile lease packages.• Complete file audits as needed.

Contracts Administrator/Lead Territory AdministratorProvide sales/operations support to VP, GM Latin America, Canada and ten Regional Sales Managers.· Generate new and customized reports including Sales by Territory, Forecasting, and Commission reports. Analyze sales information and sales trends for different products, and present information to management. · Track daily sales leads, distribution of leads, new account prospects, as well as application inquiries. Send information and quotes, coordinate product demos, and act as a liaison between sales department and others. · Contracts administration, able to understand and to explain complex agreements, prepare and generate commercial agreements to new accounts domestic and international, addendums/amendments and legal correspondence, credit reports and D&B reports. Ensure all required documentation is on file, receive and process newly executed contracts and related payments, maintain document control. · Customer relations to key accounts ensuring prompt resolution of issues related to Rhino products. · Project Management, to make sure that we stay on track, schedule, within budget in a marketing campaign or other projects.· Train Territory Administrators/Sales Assistant on systems and applications used for supporting Regional Sales Managers. · Maintain and update Greatplains Dynamics, ACT, Outlook and SalesForce.com databases.
