Raised in a graphic environment, I grew up under the influence of my grandfather (a pioneer in the graphic industry in my hometown, Resende) and my mother (artworker since the 90's).Since I was very young, I have always been interested in the creative area and the universe of Graphic Design. At 18, living far from my hometown, I got my first job as a graphic designer in a food industry, just with my professional experience acquired with my family in the printing business.I became a mother when I was 19 and sought a professional option where I could conciliate family and work. That's when I discovered myself as an entrepreneur, left my old job and started Abbá Artes, my self-owned company that proudly carried my last name and has shone in children's parties throughout Brazil, bringing love, quality and personality in the form of souvenirs and treats (party favors).My company lasted from 2015 to 2022 - when I shut it down to come to Canada. During those 7 years, I also dedicated myself to teaching (through my online courses), encouraging, and influencing women (especially mothers) to become entrepreneurs just like me because I believe that our profession, our craftsmanship, and our dedication can transform lives! By doing that, I developed many skills in the Digital Marketing field and, especially, in the Social Media Management field.Moreover, my search for knowledge and self-improvement is constant - for example, I have been learning more and more about UX and UI for the past 2 years. I truly believe in Aesop when he says: "No one is so big that he cannot learn, nor so small that he cannot teach".
