Hi! I'm Leticia, a 16-year-old future lawyer and freshman at UC Berkeley, double majoring in Computer Science and English.I aspire to navigate the emerging world of tech/digital privacy law and effectuate change that protects and enhances our online experiences. As technology continues to impact major areas of our lives, my goal is to challenge AI biases and advocate for human-centered tech law. Through my work as the CA Public Relations Director and AI Lobbyist for Encode Justice, I further this goal through lobbying and pushing for legal solutions. In my spare time, I love to write. Whether through poetry, short stories, or speeches, sharing my experiences with others is how I advocate for those around me.Feel free to reach out at: leticiaalvfranco@berkeley.edu.
