Not for profit organization created to give birth and manage a participatory certification to protect the Waters in Piracanga (initially) and inspire other places to do the same. We take inspiration from the Organic Certificiation and are piloting a model to certify houses and organizations that actively contribute to protect our Waters and regenerate the planet.

Unah Piracanga is a holistic center located on the south of Bahia, Brazil. It is intended to create a platform where new ways of living, relating to each other and to the nature is possible. We hope to inspire people to be more regenerative in their lives.

Artemisia is a pioneering not-for-profit organization focused on supporting and promoting social businesses in Brazil. As an strategic advisor, I helped the managing director to developed strategic 5-year plan for presenting to US funders such as Omidyar Network.

Endeavor is a global non-profit organization focused on unleashing the entrepreneurial spirit in developing countries; “the best anti-poverty program of all”, according to Tom Friedman, in “The World is Flat”. As its COO, I:- Managed a team of 80 people in 8 offices around the country. Attracted very talented people from the best schools in Brazil, creating a strong team with a very unique entrepreneurial culture, which mixed strong results-orientation with ownership and responsibility;- Created and developed a new product for entrepreneurs (Promessas Endeavor), which in its 1st year after launch accounted for 10% of Endeavor’s total revenue, 30% in its 2nd year, and is the best bet for 2016;- Lead a financial turn-around improving financial controls, negotiating terms with suppliers and banks and laying off 20% of our team with no lawsuits or complaints from neither the laid off nor the kept employees;- was awarded as “Employee of the year” in 2012 and 2013;- Acted as Board Member for 16 companies from the portfolio;- Screened more than 2,000 companies for our selection process;- Managed a network of 300 mentors composed of top Brazilian business leaders.During the 8 years I have worked for Endeavor I was consistently promoted year by year.
