- Promotion of Oral care products to specialists around the city of Buenos Aires. - Follow-up of the sales visits to get feedback from the professionals, and analysis of the potential of the specialists to prescribe the products (segmenting and targeting.) - Organization and planning of corporate events: talks, congresses, plant visits, trainings, national business trips.- Close and constant interaction with the sales force: APF´s, KAM´s and MKG, in order to achieve the company sales goals.Achievements- I helped tripled product sales by the introduction and implementation of a virtual system for dentists to prescribe products online and for patients to get discount vouchers- I was selected Champion User thanks to my knowledge of the Veeva CRM Platform by leading different trainings for the LATAM teams- I established a strong bond with OSDE Foundation, which helped build stronger ties with GSK, and expanded our network of health specialists.- I organized events together with the Ministry of Health of the City of Buenos Aires Government, which increased the amount of contacts with the promoted brands.- I planned and coordinated trips in Mendoza, where I also arranged events with the KOL´s (Key Opinion Leader) of the Mendoza and Cuyo University. This notoriously increased the annual level of recommendations in the commercial area.

-Implementation of the PSP (Patient Service Program) called “Living Better” to guarantee patient loyalty and to ensure that patients complete the treatments.-Collaborative work with the sales force, doctors, and patients to assure a high level of satisfaction with the products.-Organization of events for patients and their relatives: conferences and orientation workshops.
