As the Senior Director of Development and Strategic Partnerships at Cancer and Careers, I lead a team of professionals who generate and manage revenue from diverse sources, including corporations, foundations, and individuals to support our mission. With over 15 years of experience in fundraising and marketing for non-profit organizations, I have a proven track record of securing and managing multi-year, high-value partnerships that advance and meet philanthropic goals.I am also passionate about fostering workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. I co-founded and co-developed Diversity Starts Here, an employee-led initiative that promotes and supports DEI practices and policies in my previous and current positions. I recently completed my Master of Public Administration degree at Baruch College, where I expanded my knowledge and skills in public administration and leadership.
