Personally and professionally I dedicate my time and efforts to supporting others with their mental health and wellbeing. Particularly through my business 'Teeshatalks' I initially created a platform to share my thoughts and perspectives on my own mental health experiences, an what I had learned from supporting others to navigate their own. My mission has always been to normalise the stigmas of mental health, whilst simultaneously empowering others to become the best versions of themselves.'Teeshatalks' started off as an Instagram profile I would create content for in my spare time. I am now a Motivational speaker and I work in collaboration with different businesses/organisations to provide talks on Mental health, wellbeing, and empowerment. This year I have launched a 30 wellbeing and accountability programme, I offer 1:1 wellbeing support and in January 2024 I will be hosting a sold out event called 'Together lets Manifest'

Senior Primary Mental Healthcare NavigatorBetter Pathways Aug 2022 - PresentBirmingham, England, United KingdomBetter Pathways, Living well consortium & Birmingham mind are working collaboratively within Primary care networks, in a bid to help minimise the amount of people advancing into Secondary mental health care. 1:1 sessions will be provided to patients by Primary care Navigators, to zoom in on and help to overcome, the contributing factors that have lead to the decline in mental health and wellbeing of each patient. Primary care navigators spend time establishing and building upon great rapports with external organisations who would be beneficial to patients who need additional support from other providers. By diminishing the term “referral” we work in a way that suits each patient best. With little to no waiting time before allocating a navigator to provide support for each patient this means the support is very easy to access and this new way of working will help to bridge a gap in mental health services.
