I see clients across the lifespan, for services including mental health support, diagnostic evaluation of neurodevelopmental differences, psychoeducational assessment, and therapy under the NDIS. I love working with families in a long term way where appropriate and equally hope for clients to build agency to leave therapy as soon as possible!

Providing therapy and assessments to clients across the lifespan.

Working under supervision of Guidance Counsellor and in collaboration with leadership team to meet the needs of students so they are able to reach potential in developmental and academic growth.

Completed Internship of approximately 570 hours of practice, demonstrating competencies across psychometric assessment (psychoeducational for children and adults and career assessment) and counselling (child, adolescent, adult and parenting). Practice included school observations, formulations and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Partnering with operational managers across the Distribution Centre and Head Office spaces to provide ER and IR advice, support performance management, liaise on all return to work and safety cases and drive culture and engagement. Particularly passionate about the collection and analysis of operational needs in order to design learning frameworks, strategies and materials to improve people capability and experience while driving commercial success.

Had a team of representatives around the country who supported 4 main pillars of the company:Recruitment Onboarding Training and Development Succession Planning Based out of head office in the People and Culture department and responsible for overseeing these KPI’s, assessing training gaps across the retail environment and strategising around resourcing to improve company culture and results. This program was grounded in supporting our people to have the tools they needed to succeed in their roles and thus heavily involvement with the regional sales managers and executives of the business to gain insight and understanding of where my team could support the success, job satisfaction and progression of managers and as a result the organisation.

During this 14 month period, I provided assistance to the project manager, company operations manager and company information manager by acting as a Subject Expert. This role led to involvement in and management of: User acceptance testing Bug fixing administration and communication with integration partner New POS training video script writing and liaising with material developer Interstate travel for live in-store rollout Phone support for 60+ stores following rollout

During this period of employment I was part of a team who managed in store stocktakes. This role expanded experience in people and time management, included working long hours with sustained attention capacity, scanner programming, data uploading, quality control, task delegation and auditing.

This was a volunteer position that I obtained a Queensland Ready Reader Certificate for. During this period of time I would read with children ranging from grade 1-3, most of which were students not passing their assessments or benchmarks. A number of these children had ADHD or mild Autism and so weekly reading involved coming up with alternative ways to maintain focus and achieve a sense of accomplishment through learning in non conventional ways.
