As the Senior Administrative Associate for Student Experience for the Full Time MBA Program in the McCombs School of Business, I enjoy being a resource for the program’s 40+ student organizations, in addition to assisting with event planning, conference travel arrangements, and full cycle events from Orientation to Graduation. I have worked at the University of Texas at Austin for 11 years in the departments of University Housing and Dining, UT Human Resources, and the Office of Admissions. One defining experience while working at UT was serving as an Admissions Counselor at The University of Texas at Austin – Houston Admissions Center, where I was a Transfer Liaison helping transfer students throughout Texas navigate the UT Austin transfer admissions process. Inspired by my own life and college experiences, I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Leadership & Policy in the College of Education, in order to access the tools necessary to champion student success and foster a supportive and engaging learning environment while helping the transfer and non-traditional student communities achieve their professional and academic goals.Proud native of New Orleans, Louisiana. Proud alum of University of Houston (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Management - 2011). Lover of Happy Hour, scary movies, and chocolate chip cookies. During my downtime, I moderate my Facebook book club ("Exercise Your Mind Reading Group"), and record episodes for my horror movie podcast (“Don’t Go In There Girl”).
