About Pamela Navarro
Senior Illustration major at the Fashion Institute of Technology graduating in spring 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. I have both skills for digital media and traditional media in illustration / fine arts, and full understanding of the top design software such as photoshop, illustrator, InDesign and procreate. I am interested in obtaining a position as a visual artist / art direction / graphic designer at a publication or company.Having lived in four countries; Mexico, my home country, France, the United Kingdom and now the US, which all have different cultures and languages has led me to develop high adaptation at problem solving and have also given me a broad understanding of the arts and design in different cultures. Also, my fluent knowledge of three languages gives me the opportunity to communicate and connect with more people from different cultural backgrounds. I have also gained experience in the development of visual content for social media by working with THINX’s co-founder Antonia Saint-Dunbar as a fashion illustrator and working for FIT’s advertisement and media team. I have both skills for digital media and traditional media in illustration / fine arts, and full understanding of the top design software such as photoshop, illustrator, InDesign and procreate amongst others.Art has been the love of my life since I was a young girl, and I will always put the hours and work to accomplish a task with creativity and excellent technique.
