I worked as a devoted postman for; almost a year. Every day I had to be in the office at 6 AM and began sorting all the letters and postal items according to my route. I delivered mails by bicycle, though rain or shine, cold or sunny.

When I was a first-year student of the School of Law, Victoria University of Wellington, I worked as an assistant to the library of the Simpson Grierson Law Firm. I helped the library staff to update the law books and arranged the books into the correct position.

When I arrived in New Zealand, I did some hard jobs to earn some money for my living expenses. Through this hard work, I learnt useful lessons about the running of the business of the restaurants.
