My responsibilities as a Technologist:1. Developed and launched a decision-making system on the Risk department side a) Development and testing was carried out simultaneously on the IT department side and on the Risk side by me. I set tasks, corrected the BRD, after the development was completed, I tested the integration of IT and decision-making systems on the Risk side b) The decision-making system has a microservice architecture, consists of the Risk Core and modules attached to it through AWS SQS2. Developed an application for batch testing of external sources a) The application is actively used for one-time requests3. Development of services for long-term testing of external sources4. Service for convenient and fast updating of scoring models for all products (queues, model caching)5. Collection-service for requests to external sources for customers with a delay (Facebook, phone numbers)My manager activity:1. After the successful launch of the pre-approved loan strategy, it was decided to develop the Risk technology department. I was assigned as a Head Risk technologist, so 2 new devs were taken to the team as technologists.1. Distribution and supervision of business and technical tasks between technologists. a) Collecting requirements from portfolio managers, creating tasks in GitLab. b) Supervising the process of developing and testing tasks by technologists (code review). c) I also did the same tasks myself.2. Development of a new mechanism for the interaction of scoring models with the decision-making system. a) I replaced HTTP on the queue, developed a convenient mechanism for adding new models.3. Integration of the decision-making system with new external sources. a) The Bank has decided to involve several new external sources with influence on the decision for consumer, pre-approved and auto loan strategies. I completed these tasks. b) Preparation of internal banking documentation for integration with external sources.4. Supervising the testing process between the testing department and the risk technology department.5. Solving critical incidents.

Development and launch of a pre-approved loan strategy (RTDM and Java integration using Jython) a) The Bank had an agreed business requirements document (BRD) for the implementation of the pre-approved loans strategy, I developed this strategy according to BRD. b) Testing the strategy (modular/regression) of the pre-approved loans strategy together with the testing department. c) Development progress was overseen by the Chief of Risk Technologys (Senior Java Developer).2. Implementation of tasks to refine existing strategies for consumer and auto loans. a) Development tasks were set by portfolio managers responsible for the development of consumer and auto lending. b) Test cases were also set up and accepted by portfolio managers. c) When performing each task, I transferred the logic coded in RTDM to Java modules.3.
