Welcome to Lets Read Non-Profit OrganizationOur Mission:To promote reading culture and reading awareness amongst children and mothers. To create 10,000,000(Ten Million) readers in Pakistan.Our 0bjectives:To enable the students to:Read with fluency, accuracy, understanding and interest extending their phonic and graphic knowledge.To enable the parents to:Help and assist their children in reading simple to complex text and provide a scaffold. To Enable the teachers to:To Enable the teachers to:Help student’s read independently and in groups.Assist their students to read using inference and deduction.Use phonics to make students to read simple to difficult text explaining their meanings.Our AimWe aim to develop children effective readers:Read accurately, fluently with understanding.Read, analyze and evaluate a wide range of texts.Provide children of suburban and remote areas with effective resources they require to foster learning.We aim to provide help and assistance to teaching staff so that they can understand the national curriculum and meet its requirement.Our Philosophy“A reading culture develops when entire communities encourage, practice, and appreciate books and the habit of reading”.We aim to provide assistance to under children and parents so they could develop necessary reading skills such as decoding, comprehension and thinking critically about what they read. We believe that redoing skills are applied in al curriculum areas.Our activites, projects and handouts are designed to facilitate the process of learning ,allowing children to be creative and inventiveOur mission statement puts the child’s needs first. We offer training to the un –trained teaching staff so that they can fulfill the requirements of national curriculum across Pakistan. Our faculty members work individually with each child to develop positive self-esteem assuring h of his creative skills.
