NOC ENGINEER:>Involved in O & M Support of NEC and ADVA SDH, DWDM, & NLD network.>Working on all Network Devices of NEC-INC 100(SDH/DWDM) and ADVA-3000R7 (DWDM).>Troubleshooting of NEC and ADVA MUX/DWDM, network related problems & Alarm monitoring. >Maintain weekly power level report of all DWDM and SDH links.>Troubleshooting of trouble tickets opened by customer/corporate help desk and providing exact RFO.>Software up gradation of Tejas and ECI MUX networks.>Working in shifts in Service operations. SOC ENGINEER:>Operations and maintenance of SDH and PDH network PAN India.>Providing customer service & Operations to PAN India customers.>Incident management & Problem management using Remedy, CBOSS, Cramer and Spotlight tools.>Providing RFO to customers.>Involvement in the testing of SDH & PDH networks and analysis of test results.>Hands-on Diffrent Types of equipment like ECI, Huawei, Tejas, Ciena, and NEC.>Technology: SDH, PDH, DWDM
