Hello, My name is Lety, I was born and raised in Santa Barbara California. Most of my family lives here. I am the middle child. I have two older brothers, one younger sister and one younger brother. I went to Santa Barbara City College for about 3 years. From there I started working in the Medical Field. I have worked in the medical field for almost 8 years. I started at GVCH as a Dietary Clerk. I worked there for a few short months, I was only there per-diem. I was offered a full time job at Sansum Clinic as a Medical Service Coordinator in the Pediatrics department. It was a big building, I was crossed train in our Urgent care as a Unit Clerk as well as an operator in out Telemarketing department. I then transferred to the Ophthalmology department, where I started as an ophthalmic assistant. I was trained as a medical scribe and surgery technician. I then was offered a job at VNAHealth as a administrative assistant in the Intake department. I worked there a few months and then transferred to the HomeHealth department where I have been doing the scheduling for nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist. I love seeking new opportunities where I can grow my knowledge and be able to help others.
