About Lety Assad

I am a passionate Human Resources professional specializing in Recruiting. My positions as a Generalist however, helped hone my passion for recruiting both in the public and private sector. My industry experience has been in Higher Education, Energy, Insurance, Medical, Telecommunications, and Wine and Spirits. My accomplishments include hiring from entry level to senior level positions. I bring a holistic view when accomplishing my hiring or HR goals. Every hiring decision impacts not only the candidate (new hire), hiring manager and the company as a whole. I work diligently to provide progressive sourcing strategies, process improvement to excel the hiring experience. My passion is to hire the most qualified candidate by learning about the company's work culture, company product and employee value proposition.
