- Responsible for developing, together with the client, solutions to be used by the internal client;- I use Figma as a prototyping tool, as well as for organizing the documents of the entire team;- Problem analysis and documentation- Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban- Application of Dynamics for Discovery;- I worked in a team composed of 8 designers, 1 PO and 1 SCRUM Master. In this team I was able to work on several projects serving 5 other Product teams for the internal customer- I worked in a multidisciplinary team with 2 designers, 3 developers, 1 PO and 1 SCRUM Master. In this team I was able to work focused on a single product, planning it from conception, information architecture, sitemap, wireframes, testing with future users, interviews with stakeholders, prototyping the solution, and continuous improvement of the Platform.

- Responsible for developing with the customer the digital solution to be built.- I use Design Sprint tools to understand the business and the problems to be solved,- Problem analysis and documentation- Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban- Wireframes in Figma and XD for analysis with the client regarding the architecture of the Project- When I started my work, the company was starting the process of implementing agile methodologies and in 3 months we managed to implement SCRUM in two pilot projects, which improved the team's productivity and the understanding of the business with stakeholders.

- Working with teams of 10 to 15 people, I had the opportunity to participate in two digital projects, one in the area of ​​Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain for the client Vale, and another with AI applied to the HB20 of the client Hyundai.- We use Scrum and Kanban to develop the projects, which I participated in the collection of assets to feed IBM's Watson AI.- With this I was able to work with multidisciplinary teams: UX, UI, Devs, PO, SM and Testers, as well as daily interaction with lawyers and clients for assertive identification of the Product Backlog.

- Responsible for understanding customer needs and helping them to better navigate and use software developed by the company.- With that I could experience a daily learning of the real difficulties of each user using the same software.- My insights were aimed at development and so the product was being improved every day with a focus on the user.

- Responsible for receiving and checking purchase invoices.- We use SAP System and accounting routines for the receipt of goods in the Company and later in the stock- Daily fiscal book conference in addition to quarterly inventories.
