Bringing Waterloo International Terminal back into domestic train use as part of the £400m Wessex Capacity Programme, which will increase train and passenger capacity at London’s busiest station and across the Wessex Route.Joint venture includes Skanska, Colas Rail and consultants AECOM and Mott MacDonald and will work with Network Rail in a risk and reward alliance.Role involved• Coordinating surveyors, designers and operational teams on survey and 3D modelling issues.• Developing programmes with planner and reporting on progress• Management of different disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical (HV and LV), Plumbing and Heating (MEPH) and Station Information and Security Systems (SISS) which included Customer information screens, CCTV and Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA) in section of works• Coordinating design teams and managing works in designated area including new mess room facilities and plant rooms.
