• Make 80 outbound sales calls per day, using the stores existing client data base to generate those calls• Responsible for setting at least 5 sales appointment per day• Make 30 outbound service calls per day, using the stores existing client data base, while averaging about 40 inbound service calls during that same time period• Responsible for setting 20 service appointments a day• Mine the stores CRM for potential sales opportunities; reviewing guest interactions and leads coming into the store for opportunities. As well as, identifying penitential opportunities in relation to lease maturities, equity opportunities, and service history• Mine the stores CRM for potential service opportunities, such as manufactured recommended maintenance requirements, warranty opportunities, and recalls• Work in collaboration with several departments daily; to include parts, service, and sales in order coordinate appointments and ensure availability or parts, service, and vehicles in order to meet customer expectations and needs when they arrive to the store.• Field and defuse customer complaints; working with the source complaint’s originating department to resolve and address the complaint, and create a satisfactory experience for the customer

• Stock in new and used inventory into the DMS (Dealer Management System)• Inspect new and used dealer vehicle purchases upon delivery for damage• Merchandising of used vehicles; including stock tags, window stickers, buyers guides, etc.• Manage lease returns; grounding of vehicles, submitting paperwork to lease lender, submit release of liability, inspection for dealer purchase, prep for wholesale transport• Prepare used car vehicle folders; including Carfax, Vspec, Safety Inspection & Certification docs• Wholesale purchase administration; running MVTs & KSR through DMV desk, and completing report of sale documentation• Stocking in and registering vehicles into the key track• Open sublets and purchase orders for used car recon repair orders for “inhouse” and vendor work• Monthly inventory check on new and used vehicles• Took incoming service calls and schedule customer service appointments through Xtime

• Answer heavy call volume• Submit reports from technicians• Assist homeowners with claims• Authorize technician for repairs or replacements• Call supply companies to check status on equipment
