During the 8th month of my work, I helped the employee who had never fulfilled a sales plan before to reach the performance requirements.- In 2018, I joined the development of the IT startup of the largest bank in Eastern Europe. In 7 months, I took over the leadership of the department that worked with large businesses. I participated in strategy development, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. In 1 year, we grew from 50 to 400+ employees, implemented the eco-system in more than 38 B2B/B2G services, and created the top supercomputer in the CIS (6.7 PFLOPs.
