Reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for managing the Housekeeping staffs ensuring they deliver key performance goals on a daily basis. Responsible for the cleanliness of entire premises like: washrooms, bar, stairs, training & meeting rooms, Cinema, outer area, Lifts etc. Daily Briefings & Training to staffs. To plan, organise and keep an accurate record by room of all cleaning carried out. Overseeing the cleaning of guestrooms and public areas through daily inspection ensuring that standards of cleanliness and guest comfort are maintained in accordance with Hotels and Brand standards. Working closely with the Hotel's laundry provider to ensure a high standard of laundering is maintained. Liaise with Front Desk and Maintenance in regard to readiness of rooms with particular attention to guest's special requirements.

Managing and leading the housekeeping team, delivering the housekeeping benchmarks and overall housekeeping operations in accordance with high quality standards. Assist in managing the day to day operation of the Housekeeping Department and responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Department in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager and in accordance with brand and company standards. Assist with the review of Housekeeping staff's worked hours for payroll compilation and submit in a timely basis. Assist in controlling expenses and minimizing waste in all areas of housekeeping. Assist with the preparation of employee Schedule according to the business forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements Assist in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, to include public areas and night cleaning. Leading the operations of the Housekeeping department. Lead and develop the Housekeeping team to inspire the passion for excellence. Liaising with departments to ensure particular attention to guest’s special requirements. Ensuring five star standards and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. Complying with all (OH&S) Occupational health and safety standards.

Liaise with Manager on Duty to recover lost items and return to guest.• Perform administrative functions including preparing housekeeping handover reports and room count reports and more.• Allocate work to staff. Monitor their performance.
