The development is funded under SAPhIRE (Surveillance and Pharmacogenomics for Adverse Drug Reactions), a national movement towards personalization of medicine. I worked closely with the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and hospitals around Singapore to promote the case for national screening for risk in ADRs. I also supported Dr. Alfred Sun in a novel technique to induce human pluripotent stem cells into gabanergic neurons that are useful in neuronal disease modeling. -
