As resume advisor and facilitator, I want to use my expertise to recognize and cultivate the potential in mid-level professionals. I believe in helping clients extract knowledge gained from their experiences to translate to their dream job.In my professional journey, I have always found it rewarding in helping others see their own gifts and talents. I spent 6 years in higher education helping non-traditional student achieve their academic dreams. Within that span of time I help establish processes and consistency amongst my teammates.I realized that processes helped make it easier for others to understand the complexities of any role. This lead me to my transition to training and development. I have had the opportunity to lead onboarding experiences for education, medical and financial industries. Leading through organizational change has been the gift of these experiences.I became this vessel of information and a need for direction on how to share. I am still on my journey of finding avenues to share information that will help bridge the gap individuals experience on their professional pathways.
