On top of SA responsibilities, I am responsible for recruitment process of new employees in my chapter, working on processes and standards which should be implemented across the organization.

Analyze the business requirements and find the technical solutions for those requirements. Writing the user stories and acceptance criteria's for identified solutions. Create architectural designs and validate it with Center of Expertise. Identify possible impacts on systems in terms of performance and availability. Create documentation such as BPMN.

The project goal was to create a streaming monetizable platform, focusing on the African market to promote and commercialize local artist's content.

During the project working with Zitti, Me and my team created a payment processor to make B2B payments. I was participating as a Technical Project Manager considering business/system analysis of requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining technical solutions for developers.

I was in charge of the IT business analyst department. My responsibilities was to create the politics and business processes across the company to implement the role of the BA. Managing the process of IT transformation, which was considering to change core systems of the company, such as: billing, workforce, resource and inventory, provisioning and CRM.
