• Provided over-the-shoulder (OTS) and classroom-based training on SOCOM-specific software (Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, and FADE/MIST) for a 29-partner nation team forward-deployed in the Central Command (CENTCOM) area of operations• Created and implemented information and intelligence workflows through software-based solutions in accordance to information/intelligence requirements and training objectives• As required, provided interaction with SOCOM customer and provided recommendations for new efficiencies and overall program effectiveness in order to provide a more rapid software acquisition and software implementation

• Provided advisory and intelligence support to the Joint Intelligence Support Element (JISE) Director on courses of actions related to intelligence activities, organizational processes, and contractor resource employment within the intelligence enterprise• Researched, developed, and presented post-graduate level intelligence products at the operational and strategic levels for the combined joint task force commander and staff• Worked with DoD and contractor intelligence disciplines (e.g. HUMINT, SIGINT, CI, all-source, OSINT, etc.) to ensure assigned theater and regional issues (e.g. political, military, economic, social, information, infrastructure, and physical environment) were thoroughly analyzed and published in accordance with production cycles• Provided oversight of production of 40 to 50 all-source analysis products and various weekly intelligence projects specifically focused on threat awareness, force protection, indications and warning, counterinsurgency, and targeting

• Executed New Equipment Training (NET), Training Support Package (TSP), Practical Exercises (PEs), and Program of Instruction (POI) development for the DCGS-A Program Manager (PM) expanding the width and breath of Army customers at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of operation• Conducted over 100 NET events compiling over 4,000 hours of instructional training• Identified software anomalies through troubleshooting to assist software developers in optimizing system functionality and applications

• Responsible for the training and development of forward-deployed intelligence personnel (e.g. soldiers, civilians, and contractors) supporting Army Central (ARCENT) commander’s priority intelligence requirements and information requests• Filled the critical knowledge gap between institutional training and DCGS-A system capability efficiency by conducting liaison meetings with unit leadership in order to create and develop training strategies• Provides over-the-shoulder (OTS) training to intelligence analysts in order to enable the extraction of capabilities from the DCGS-A in support of the all-source intelligence production cycle (ASPC)

• Developed, submitted, and tracked all counter improvised explosive device (C-IED) collection requirements through the utilization of Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization, and Management (PRISM)• Provided instruction and training on the proper submission, tracking, and implementation of submitted intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) tasks in order to support operations objectives• Conducted senior-level all-source production briefings that included but not limited to threat order of battle, COA analysis and estimates, link diagrams, target support packages, terrain analysis, and helicopter landing zone (HLZ) assessments• Provided all-source intelligence support for Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) to targeting operations that resulted in the detainment of over 50 insurgents

• Provided support to Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Capabilities Development and Integration (CDI) Doctrine Directorate for writing intelligence doctrine• As the subject matter expert, authored the Army Techniques Publication (ATP) 2-01.3 Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) and the ATP 2-22.9 Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) manuals

• Provided the commander, staff, and subordinate units with the timely evaluation and dissemination of intelligence data and recommended threat COAs for planning and warfighting• Planned and executed all ISR efforts to facilitate early warning indicators and assist in battlefield decision making• Created intelligence analysis materials and curriculum to be used for military occupational specialty (MOS) training sessions• Responsible for the production of the Air Cavalry Brigade Intelligence Summary (INTSUM), Executive Summary (EXSUM), weekly Situational Templates (SITEMP), area assessments, operational and intelligence (O&I) products, and monthly surface-to-air fire (SAFIRE) roll-up• Managed and oversaw the development and execution of staff intelligence estimates, updates, briefings, order of battle data, imminent threat tracking, threat vulnerabilities, and targeting through fusion and analysis of intelligence derived from brigade, theater, and national sources to support combat operations and threat COAs in northern Iraq• Created, implemented, and maintained the Iraqi Police corruption database which enhanced the unit’s ability to effectively monitor and target insurgent-related activities• During the Iraqi election, provided timely and accurate threat updates to units and polling sites that directly contributed to the security and success of the Iraqi democratic elections in northern Iraq• Developed and prepared target packets and threat vulnerability studies for use in predicting COAs that directly resulted in the detainment of over 80 high-value personnel• Created a homestation intelligence tactical operations center (TOC) in order to facilitate realistic all-source intelligence training• Developed and maintained target intelligence programs and annexes for CENTCOM in support of planning and operations to include air, ground, naval, and special operations joint force employment
