-Management of AutoCAD Drawings for the facility -Continuous Improvement Processes Management-Project Management for construction and departmental growth -Management of CCMS Systems with PM Management and Work Order Systems-Working with Vendors to provide the best possible services and/or pricing-Management of a full maintenence staff and Janitorial crew. -Management of General Contractors, building codes, electrical and plumbing services- Generation and built out reporting for OSHA and FDA regulations - Running and managing monthly safety meetings and providing safety measures throughout the facility- Provide and establish training plans for new employees - Generation and Mangement of Hazardous Waste per OSHA standards-Collaboration with Senior Leadership team regarding growth, best practices, and depatmental reporting and equipment management-Proficient with using Oracle systems, inventory management, and purchase order generation.

· Set up welding equipment and perform PM’s on TIG welder· Perform routine decisions and used problem solving to resolve manufacturing issues· Fabrication and setup of platinum tooling used to perform the drawing process· Hazardous waste management of 70% HF acid· Platinum Inventory control
