Consulted to South Africa's largest private radio owner, Kagiso Broadcasting (Pty) Ltd., including syndicated content, programming consulting both in South Africa and internationally, talent coaching and new media consulting. (This relationship continues with Lev's new company, SAY YAY.)

Helped to develop the strategies and relationships for this international partnership aiming to find opportunities in the then-fledgling Indian radio industry. Included relationship-building, training of radio teams and development of original training material.

Produced the South Africa's longest-running breakfast radio show. Trained new talent and developed new shows.
