PRODUCT RANGES• ZKTeco• Paxton• Virdi• IDEMIAKey Responsibilities• Managing the entire product line life cycle within the distribution channel.• Identifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all role-players to execute.• Identifying and managing potential partner relationships for the product.• Provide the sales team with the necessary tools to enable them to sell effectively.• Responsible for analysing product data to ensure that the sales force is kept up to date on new developments regarding current ranges and/or competitors’ products.• Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in technical and supply to address any issues that may arise.• Close liaison with the sales force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the promotional material is being used optimally.• Assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions.• Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and branch warehouses including liaison with supply chain (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines.• Liaise with marketing regarding the product campaign including social media, direct mail, website exposure, conferences / new product launches and market awareness.
