•Acting on cost-reducing applications such as efficiency and energy saving, optimization projects, etc. In this context, to implement actions that can be taken to improve all TT sites in Turkey; Free Cooling, air conditioner setpoint reduction, monitoring devices with analyzers, backing up air conditioners, using new generation technologies, taking actions to improve the data center, etc.•Manage assets and resources effectively to complete organizational objectives on time and within budget•Allocating the budget for the relevant request after the collection, examination and evaluation of the requests for air conditioning spare parts, mechanics, construction, electricity, etc. from all TT regions in Turkey•Establish and improve monitoring and measurement-based processes to ensure uptime and performance for core business systems•Regular communication with stakeholders through various channels, including presentations•To ensure the realization of OPEX CAPEX savings projects•Ensure Field Efficiency and Optimization (according to CFD and PUE)

•Design and implementation of infrastructure projects of Avea New/existing Data Center and GSM system rooms.•As Avea Technology Buildings Infrastructure group; Taking part in the feasibility studies, project design (all mechanical projects), planning, estimation-quantity preparations, project plan creation, on-site supervision and control processes of the Technology (NW and Data Center) Buildings in Ankara (Ahlatlıbel, Ulus), Istanbul (Ümraniye Güneşli, Acıbadem, Tahtakale and Ataşehir), Izmir (Muğla, Aydın, Denizli, Manisa), Antalya, Konya, Kocaeli, Samsun, Adana, Antep, Mersin, Kayseri, Hatay, Trabzon, Eskişehir, Balıkesir and Diyarbakır.•Monitoring and coordination of all infrastructure works such as determining the infrastructure problems in mechanical•Planning and implementation of efficiency, cost saving, improvement and renovation infrastructure projects in existing buildings of Technology Facility Buildings.•Managing supplier and subcontractor activities in the field•Conducting periodic audits and evaluations in critical mission areas•Providing equipment layout management and capacity expansion in Data Center and GSM system rooms•Preparation of complete Mechanical projects of ICT & Network Data Center Infrastructure project in approximately 10.000 m²+ white area in Avea sites across Turkey, Construction followed by Operation•To ensure the realization of OPEX CAPEX savings projects•Establish and improve monitoring and measurement-based processes to ensure uptime and performance for core business systems. Define and own SLAs for IT infrastructure, monitoring and KPI reporting. Provide regular updates to IT leadership•Regular communication with stakeholders through various channels, including presentations•Develop and maintain open, peer-level relationships with Team and Business partners
