Facts Establishment of the professional Marketing & Corporate Communications Department of the company Leading the institutionalisation process of the company Development of the corporate and strong brand perception via successfully positioning in the competitive sector Supported the new customer achievement rate by 97% in 2,5 years Publishment of the “first corporate annual report” of the sector in Turkey Development of the most comprehensive web site in sector including the “online reporting system” Development of the first IOS/Android applications in its sector, that enables the customers to be supported in case of an accident, road assistance requirements etc.Job Description Coordinates and supervises strategic communication activities of 3 brands as the head of the team; reports to Board & Managing Director of DRD Develops and implements the annual marketing & communication plan Leads the relationships with all 3rd parties and has the responsibility of determining budgets for divisions Plans, executes communication strategies & develops key messages for Board and Managing Director Improves company’s corporate brand strategy-responsible for various processes, including media planning, launches, press meetings, CI projects, sponsorships, corporate social responsibility projects (such as WWF, Green Office etc.) Develops “CI Catalog” and ensures the branding standards and guidelines Manages media relations and representing the Company in a variety of business environments Initiates and manage digital communication (digital marketing, social media management, etc.) Responsible for crisis communications Develops brand communication campaigns: Plans, creates and executes strategic, conceptual & executional 360 corporate advertising campaigns Advises all brands ATL, Digital and BTL campaigns on strategic, creative and executional direction of the brands Manages internal communication to support employee loyalty.
