Lead the engineering and quality agenda with the overall goal to improve the customer satisfaction.Main contact towards the suppliers and works as part of the business team together with the supplier to develop and secure the production process, handling of quality deviations and secure compliance to all IKEA requirements.Responsible for Supplier development for quality and manufacturing with a long term view to identify and implement actions of supplier development projects to secure suppliers production can achive quality,capacity, throughput and cost expectation.

As a head of incoming quality control , my main goal is to continuously improve the quality levels of suppliers (Approximately 300 domestic and abroad) and to supply materials that comply with Arçelik standards. In this process, continuous improvement plans are being implemented in order to improve supplier quality assurance processes. In this process, I cooperate with the functions such as R & D, production, purchasing and production planning departments.

As a production engineer leading a team of 350 operators, I am responsible of two assembly lines which has capacity over 1M units (produced 1,1M units in 2015). My detailed job description is presented below;*Evaluate assembly lines performance and operations in 140 stations to ensure optimal production.Maintain and improve manufacturing processes to support new product launch activities and current process.*Maintain and improve essential line documents (routers, work instructions, other documentation) to support processes.*Troubleshoot and solve production under-performance issues.*Responsible for economic analysis, and creation of MTM procedures to optimize performance and minimize operating expense.*Provide technical direction and guidance to field operators on assembly line performance on a regular basis.*Work with the lease operators to optimize well performance.*Responsible for the organization, coordination, and follow up team KPI.*Monitor operating expenses and assist in the overall effort to reduce operating costs.*Consult with Facilities Engineers to evaluate future gathering and production equipment needs and requirements.*Evaluate and implement new technologies needed to drive improvement in production.*Ensure all regulatory, health and safety compliance issues are met.*Establish and manage appropriate quality tracking mechanisms within the operations area to drive improvement based on real time data.*Daily production line support by making daily decisions related to product quality; serving as the voice of the customer.

As a material supply chain engineer I had been leading a team of 22 operators. My duties were managing demand and supply management of inbound materials from domestic and international suppliers. My responsibility area included over 700 plastic and aluminum injection moulds and over 60 million TRY worth of stock. My detailed job description is presented below;*Responsible for coordinating material requirements, preparing supplier schedules which support customer forecasts and production schedules.*Preparation and communication of purchase requisitions of mission critical components, balancing production requirements, inventory objectives and material acquisition costs.*Mentor entry level personnel assisting in the development of skill sets necessary for success by assisting them in understanding critical planning elements and guiding them in tactical situations, within departmental procedures/policies.*Sound application of requirements planning/inventory management techniques including Just In Time, *MRP, and KANBAN in support of made to stock and engineer to order manufacturing processes.*Modify planning and inventory parameters in response to production rate changes or external supply lead times.

As a test and commissining engineer I have actively taken role during the construction of Tunus Enfidha International Airport. My detailed job description is presented below;*Identifying problems and shortcomings with existing systems.*Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation for mechanical systems as, baggage handling systems, escalators, elevators, passenger boarding bridges.*Producing or assisting in the production of all test and commissioning documentation. Undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.*Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test.*Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project programme requirements.
